Took my car to the dealership after it died on me while driving (first mistake). They mentioned about $10k worth of work that needed done to fix it which was absurd. I got it towed over to Ultimate Car Care and worked with Ben who was awesome and very transparent about the actual work that needed done (which was different than the dealer recommended)… ended up saving a bunch of money and have a completely fixed car now! Can’t appreciate him and UCC enough – thank you all!

Place to go for your car maintenance!I personally use Ultimate Car Care for both my car and my wife’s car.The attention to details and the level of Customer Service has no competition. Every time we have an issue or a question, they look into it as if the care was their car, providing pictures, detailed analysis and options to solve the problem, trying to be cautious of their customer’s money. This review is based on above and beyond customer service. I haven’t had the opportunity to have vehicle repairs done here but will definitely give them future consideration. They are great! They have taken care on my Honda for years! I won’t go anywhere else! They have changed all my fluids and done all my oil changes, air in tires, replaced both side mirrors. They are wonderful! They have also worked on my husband’s miata! They are wonderful and keep you informed!

I got into an accident and Ultimate Car Care repaired my car amazingly. They did a great job and were very efficient. I asked for my car back in 3 days and they repaired it in just 2! Also they were very reasonable- much cheaper than another auto shop that I got a quote from. The owner and staff are also super friendly!

So far so good … I took my car in for the first time to fix a squeaking that a previous mechanic said they would fix and didn’t.
