In order to avoid any inconvenience, your Contact Free Concierge Service must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
After you’ve booked your service, a vetted & highly qualified concierge expert will arrive at your home at your scheduled time to pick up your car. You will also receive a reminder text letting you know that your driver is on their way along with the estimated time of arrival and a link where you can see exactly who and where your driver is. When your driver arrives at your home, you’ll receive another text letting you know that they’re outside and ready to pick up your vehicle.
